1. Where do you ship?

At the moment, Memoquest ships only within Canada. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Stay tuned!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery with Canada Post usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Can I return or exchange my journal?

No, all journals are final sale since they are paper goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at contact@memoquest.ca and we’ll make it right.

4. Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at contact@memoquest.ca as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

5. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Memoquest journals make a thoughtful gift. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.

6. How do I use a Memoquest journal?

Each edition comes with prompts and space for photos and reflections. Simply follow the prompts, add your memories, and watch your story unfold. It’s designed to be simple, fun, and meaningful.
